WE will send you a retainer based on the services you require. Simply sign the retainer and pay the fee and we will immediately open a case file for you with your assigned attorney.
- How do you keep me informed of what is happening with my case and how often?
- We will copy you on any relevant document we receive or send. You will also receive a weekly bill of any time and fees that are charged to your account. Flat rate and contingent fee clients will receive regular communications from their attorney via Phone, E-mail, Fax, or mail. Your assigned attorney and our office staff are always available to assist and update you on your case.
- Can you guarantee me a result?
- No attorney can guarantee a result. The law is constantly changing. Therefore judges' rulings may vary from each court and over time. No result is guaranteed and no attorney can ethically claim to guarantee a result for you.
